      December 10, 2021 Dear Partner, The pandemic has had a major impact on the global supply chains for all companies around the world. Over the past 21 months our operations team has been managing through material shortages, delays, and logistical challenges with a focus to limit the disruption to our customers. We have received price increases from most of our suppliers and incurred significant increases around logistical expenses. Our operations team has done an exceptional job managing through this extraordinary period and so far, our business has absorbed all these additional costs. Unfortunately, as the impact to supply chains extends into 2022, we cannot continue to absorb these costs. We will be increasing prices early in 2022 across all our products. You will receive updated price lists soon and these will go into effect in the middle of January. As we come to the end of 2021 and look back at this year, I would like to say thank you for your continued support. While it has been a challenging year for all of us, I am delighted to say that our business performance has been excellent.
